Assalamu alaikum wa Rahmatullah, dear brothers. By the grace of almighty Allah, alhamdulillah, we realized the tree plantation project 2021 in two districts of Bangladesh with your generous help. The project cost was 9759 BDT (114 USD). In the first part, we were able to plant and distribute 75 trees in Godagari Upazila, Rajshahi.
In the second part of the project, a week-long tree-planting week has been observed at various educational institutions and social institutions in Bhuyanpur Upazila of Tangail from 13th September to 19th September 2021. During the tree planting week, 110 trees were planted under the supervision of Aafia Medical Hall. It has fruit, forest, and medicinal plants like mango, litchi, coconut, acacia, shupari, meheguni, neem, lemon, etc. The tree is distributed among the mosques, madrasas, Eidgah grounds, school grounds, cemeteries, and low-income families. Such a tree planting programs will continue in the future to maintain the climate balance of the environment in Bangladesh.
